Rehmann is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its marketing communications team. In this role, you’ll work with marketing leadership to support strategic marketing initiatives focused on firmwide growth and brand awareness.
In-office, hybrid, or remote work arrangements are available for this role.
How You’ll Make an Impact at Rehmann
- Assist with the development and execution of annual marketing plans.
- Coordinate content creation.
- Execute multi-channel campaign tasks.
- Manage the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, and events, including booking, registering, filling invoices, placing orders, creating instruction packages, gathering literature, finetuning presentations, prepping attendees/presenters, etc.
- Track and report on measurable KPIs and campaign and event/tradeshow success.
- Research market trends, hot topics, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze data and summarize findings to provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist with resources needed for the sales team, including content, tools, knowledge, and information.
- Assist with vendor relationships.
- Support special projects as needed.
Your Desired Skills, Experiences and Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience (special consideration with agency and/or B2B experience in professional services)
- Basic understanding of marketing principles
- Organizational and project management skills with the ability to own and drive project schedules from start to finish, including collaborating with peers and leadership
- Adept at prioritizing and multi-tasking work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Interest in developing analytical and problem-solving skills
- Continuous learning mindset to master marketing techniques, software, and associated programs
- Excellent oral, written, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with applicable martech, Microsoft Office, CRM systems and project management software preferred. Monday.com, Salesforce, DOMO, HubSpot, and SharePoint experience is a plus
