Description

· Invoice customers for product and freight cost

· Develop positive relationships with freight and external logistics companies, negotiate for best pricing

· Schedule shipments after determining best method and delivery times

· Enter data such as billing address, shipping address, quantity, weight, etc. to complete all necessary paperwork for shipping

· Communicate with customers for scheduling of shipments

· Work closely with manufacturing and warehouse to ensure products are ready and shipped in a timely manner

· Run end-of-day reports

· Ship all possible orders daily

Requirements

· Good communication skills both verbal and written

· Good interpersonal skills

· Problem solving skills

· Work independently with little supervision

· Computer skills including Microsoft Office and ERP systems
