Our group at Brown, Reynolds, Snow and Lenoir Dentistry in Patterson is looking for an Associate who brings integrity, warmth, and a patient and team first mentality. Position Highlights

• Full-time General Dentist position

• Minimum salary: $160,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections

• PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – No Medicaid

• Mentorship and clear Doctor Development Plan

Compensation & Benefits

• $160,000 annual salary – move to higher earnings through collections

What We’re Looking For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active State Dental License & DEA License

• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:

  • Restorative procedures

  • Extractions (simple and surgical)

  • Crown & Bridge

  • Endodontics (Root Canals)

  • iTero scanning

  • Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit

• Committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience
