The Role:
The Associate Brand Manager supports the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for Purpose Built Brands commercial portfolios (Micro-Scientific, Urnex, and Five Star Chemicals). This role is responsible for implementing marketing programs, new projects execution, tradeshows, supporting business and competitive analyses, and managing day-to-day activities to drive growth. The Associate Brand Manager will collaborate closely with Sales, Graphics, Regulatory, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful commercialization and execution in key markets. This role plays a critical part in supporting distributor relationships, customer marketing initiatives, events, digital content, and product launches to achieve the brands’ financial and strategic objectives.
What You Will Do:
- Develop marketing materials such as sell sheets, product guides, presentations, and advertisements for both brands.
- Manage social media platforms or work with contractors, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and external designers to create high-quality content.
- Maintain and update websites with fresh, accurate product and campaign information.
- Produce customized digital and print assets to support distributors, sales reps, and key accounts.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing
- Build and distribute newsletters, promotional emails, and webinar communications
- Coordinate logistics for major industry events and tradeshows, including booth graphics, shipping, branded giveaways, and signage.
- Partner with the sales team to plan customer-facing events, sponsorships, and activations.
- Respond to internal and external requests for marketing materials, product images, and updated documentation.
- Collaborate with sales to create tools and campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Provide marketing insights and recommendations to align brand messaging and drive growth.
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in strategic executions through market reports and internal reporting
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to audit brand identity and messaging
What You Will Bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in brand management or marketing
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with social media, digital marketing tools, and content management systems.
- Prior responsibility for events or tradeshow execution
- Experience with Adobe Suites preferred
- Prior experience working with/support sales teams
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience in conducting competitive product and market analysis, with a strong understanding of market research methodologies and how to apply insights to business strategy
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI or analytics platform desired
- Experience in healthcare, specialty coffee or brewing industries a plus
Compensation Range:
$68,000 - $75,600
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
