We already have a strong team of qualified solicitors working within the team, and we are looking for a skillset beyond legal knowledge. The role is to manage and progress legal transactions for utility companies, with a large part of the role being project management and communication with numerous stakeholders who want to secure the utility connection. This is typically electricity, gas, heat and water connections, where legal rights are needed to install and keep the equipment in situ.
What you will be doing:

- Liaising with clients, and handling queries and enquiries where appropriate
- Conducting all aspects of transactions and completing them to a high standard

What you will need:
- The willingness and ability to learn the legal nature of these type of transactions. Largely this means ensuring that suitable property rights are granted to our clients to install and retain their equipment.
- The ability to manage volume transactions with good levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills. This is critical to the success of this role.
- A keen desire to learn and enhance your existing skills.
- The ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike.
