You will manage a portfolio of accounts, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to existing clients
- Monitor account performance and prepare reports for management reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a professional manner
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management or client services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
