As our RN Nurse Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a dedicated care team, leading nursing operations for a patient care unit. You’ll help shape the future of psychiatric nursing in Hawai‘i by bringing your expertise, creativity, and leadership to a supportive and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee nursing care and treatment services for your unit
• Manage resources to ensure 24/7 quality care
• Collaborate with other leaders to improve patient outcomes

Master the Schedule

• Maintain accountability for staffing and scheduling
• Ensure timely posting and coordination of staff shifts
• Keep communication flowing with leadership and your team

What We’re Looking For

• A current RN license and solid experience in nursing management
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
