Position Overview
Dragonfly Cares is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a part-time role in a welcoming and supportive environment- center, school and home based settings . This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated support team and provide essential speech and language services to children with autism.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to children, focusing on improving communication skills.
- Collaborate with staff and parents regularly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- A willingness and passion for continued growth and learning.
Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist( We can accept Clinical Fellows - CFs)
- Experience providing group treatment services to children with autism
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with patients and their families
