We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented person to join our team in our Chippewa Falls Office. The candidate will play a crucial role in reviewing provider service notes and invoices for a Medicaid funded Mental Health/AODA program to assure compliance with regulations and quality services
Responsibilities
- Analyze case files and documentation with thorough attention to detail
- Provide written/verbal feedback to provider agencies to enhance compliance and service quality
- Participate in extensive training on DHS 36 and Medicaid/Forward Health requirements to assure understanding and accuracy of knowledge
- Facilitate in-person training on regulations, standards to improve the quality of service, and documentation to CCS providers and county service facilitators
- Ensure safe work practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services field and/or experience working in the Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Mental Health, and/or AODA fields.
- Knowledge of DHS 36 and Medicaid/Forward Health requirements

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20/hr. based upon experience and education.
