Job Type: Temporary – Minimum 4 week assignment

🧭 Position Summary
The Credentialing Coordinator (Temporary) supports the Provider Credentialing process by conducting electronic outreach, reviewing inbound communication with attached documentation, responding to inbound communications and maintaining accurate records within SharePoint and related systems. This role ensures all Provider submissions are complete, compliant, and efficiently routed for processing and approval. The position requires precise attention to detail, professional communication skills, and the ability to manage a high volume of provider files in a structured and systematic environment.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Conduct provider outreach through electronically via a structured schedule to obtain required credentialing documentation and forms.
- Review, respond to and triage inbound provider emails containing documentation.
- Maintain up-to-date SharePoint records and ensure all statuses accurately reflect current file progress.
- Create and maintain individual provider folders and checklists to ensure accurate tracking of all submitted materials.
- Accurately enter approved provider data according to the standard operating procedure and quality requirements.
- Escalate unresolved outreach attempts in accordance with the structured schedule further review.
- Assist with generating and sending templated decision letters to Providers following credentialing decisions.
- Support department leadership with additional administrative or credentialing audit-related tasks.
- Collaborate with Credentialing internal team members to ensure seamless Provider support and process efficiency.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience working in MS Office Products - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Healthcare/Doctors office experience
