Position Duties
As a Residential Services Unit Manager, you will be managing and coordinating various teams and services to provide the best care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. In this role, you will need to have a thorough understanding of licensure requirements and ensure that all services are delivered in compliance with these regulations. Your responsibilities will include assessing needs, prioritizing work activities, and monitoring results to continually improve the quality of care provided. Through effective communication and collaboration with different teams and staff members, you will contribute to creating a supportive and inclusive community for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch. Works also includes weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as needed.
- Overtime and travel as operationally necessary
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Three years professional therapeutic experience in a residential program providing rehabilitative, restorative, or habilitative care program services for individuals with a developmental disability, including two years in a supervisory capacity, and a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, psychology, social work, education, nursing, business, or hospital administration; or
- An equivalent combination of professional experience and training which includes two years supervisory experience in a residential program providing rehabilitative, restorative, or habilitative care program services for individuals with a developmental disability.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Legal Requirements:
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medial examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
