Program Overview
Ready to step out of the classroom and into real-world nursing? Emplify Health by Gundersen invites you to apply for our Annual Nurse Internship Program — a 10-week, paid summer experience designed to sharpen your clinical skills and boost your confidence.
Whether you're fresh off a clinical rotation or still learning how to juggle care plans and sleep schedules, this internship meets you where you are — and helps you grow from there.
As a Nurse Intern, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced nurses and healthcare professionals across a variety of settings, from med/surg units to specialty departments and outpatient clinics. You’ll gain hands-on experience in clinical judgment, interdisciplinary communication, and critical thinking — all while gaining a competitive edge for your final semester(s) and future career.
