Apartment community in Dayville, CT seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will assist with the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. All maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call schedule. Must have a valid drivers license.

BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES:

• repairs to appliances and fixtures
• patch holes in walls
• paint building interiors
• clean vacant units and interior spaces
• miscellaneous carpentry repairs
• change locks
• grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
