Job Duties:
- Answering phones
- Checking patients in
- Collecting payments
- Scheduling
- Maintaining patient relationships
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and great customer service skills.
- Ability to manage accounting and billing tasks
- Communication skills with a broad spectrum of individuals
- Troubleshoot simple computer/technical issues
- Ability to read and understand insurance information and regulations
- Office experience is preferred.
