The impact of the role

This is a hands-on operational role, focused on keeping the platform running smoothly day-to-day, monitoring performance, troubleshooting incidents, tracking SLAs, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure reliable service delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Monitor the DTC platform’s performance and availability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, escalating when necessary
  • Document recurring issues and track corrective actions
  • Manage service requests and changes in ServiceNow (or similar tools)
  • Track and report on SLAs, KPIs, and backlog status
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and project stakeholders
  • Support ongoing delivery initiatives and platform scalability projects

Requirements

To excel in this position, you will require:

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or platform support
  • Knowledge of incident and problem management processes (familiarity with ITIL is advantageous)
  • Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities in a remote work environment
  • A proactive, analytical, and organized mindset
  • Availability to work onsite in Brussels (hybrid arrangement can be arranged post-onboarding)
  • Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of cloud or application monitoring tools
  • Previous experience with SLA tracking and performance metrics
  • Familiarity with digital or e-commerce platforms
  • Enthusiasm for process enhancement and automation
