Job Summary

This position is responsible for maintaining and updating student records for enrollment and personal contact information. Student medical and billing information are not included, although the position requires coordination with staff who oversee student medical and billing information. The Registrar ensures that the student information system is properly maintained and configured. Tasks include maintenance of our student information system, verifying that student data is complete and accurate, providing user support to parents and staff, sending student records, and troubleshooting when problems arise. This is ongoing work, with busy periods several times a year. This position is responsible for receiving and responding to elementary school applications, scheduling admissions interviews, maintaining students’ admissions records, and communicating with families throughout the admissions process. The assistant plays a key role in tracking applications and guiding families from inquiry to enrollment. This aspect of the position is seasonal work, up to 10 hours per week between October and March. This position has the potential to develop into an Admissions Coordinator role. The ideal candidate is personable, highly organized, and approaches tasks with flexibility and a problem-solving attitude.
