Assist certificated staff in the instruction, supervision and training of individuals or groups of students; perform a variety of instructional services within a well-defined framework of policies and procedures; provide a range of instructional training experiences in a variety of educational environments, and to perform related duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or AA/BA Degree Completed 48 units of Post High School Study OR have an AA Degree or higher OR Pass the GVSD locally designed Highly Qualified Assessment for Teaching Assistants

Classified Salary Schedule Position Range: H Salary Start: Step 1 – 10 $18.04 - $22.21/hr. Position Range: G Salary Start: Step 1 – 10 $18.04 - $22.84/hr. Placement For New Employees To The District Ranges Between Step 1 - 3 Based On Experience.
