SoSafe has the ambition to become the leading human risk management provider in Europe. Our award-winning awareness platform triggers behavioural change by providing effective and engaging training and simulations on cybersecurity and data protection. Cybercrime is predicted to cost the world $10.5 trillion annually by 2025 - we invite you to be part of the solution!

The Enablement Delivery Specialist supports the coordination, and execution of enablement programs across the organisation. This role ensures that enablement initiatives — such as onboarding, upskilling, or process adoption — are delivered efficiently and effectively. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, the Specialist helps manage timelines, content logistics, communications, and feedback collection to ensure successful enablement delivery and adoption.

Here's how you'll make a difference:

Program Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate and execute the delivery of enablement sessions, trainings, and initiatives

  • Manage program logistics: scheduling, communications, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up

  • Partner with program owners, instructional design, and SMEs to prepare delivery

  • Ensure enablement assets (decks, guides, recordings, playbooks) are versioned, stored, and accessible

  • Track progress against milestones and flag risks or delays

Stakeholder Support

  • Collect input and feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve future programs

  • Help prepare summaries, reports, or updates for leadership and stakeholders

  • Collaborate with Program Managers and instructional design for smooth initiative execution.

Communication & Change Support

  • Draft and send enablement communications such as invites, updates, and reminders

  • Assist in creating adoption and reinforcement materials (FAQs, quick guides, tip sheets)

  • Monitor engagement and adoption metrics to identify areas needing reinforcement

  • Support change management activities during new rollouts or process updates

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track attendance, participation, completion, and satisfaction data for enablement programs

  • Maintain dashboards or trackers for enablement delivery metrics

  • Consolidate post-program feedback and summarize insights for continuous improvement

What makes you a great fit:

  • 1-2 years of experience in enablement, learning operations, program coordination, or project support — or equivalent experience gained in other parts of the revenue organization demonstrating strong coordination and facilitation skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in German and English (a third European language is a plus)

  • Comfortable with public speaking and facilitation — presenting to diverse audiences, both live and online

  • Genuine curiosity about how people learn and a basic understanding of adult learning principles

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable in managing logistics and follow-through

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting multiple stakeholders

  • Familiarity with tools such as LMS platforms, project trackers, and analytics dashboards

  • Basic understanding of project and change management principles

What we offer*

  • Work/Life balance: Flexible hours, 33 vacation days

  • Wellbeing and financial support: Access to Open Up, corporate discounts

  • Connection & community: Virtual events, collaborative team activities, and opportunities for local meet-ups

  • And the list goes on: Tech equipment, referral bonuses, dog-friendly HQ

*Perks and benefits listed above are for full-time employees and may vary slightly by office location. These are just a sample — you'll learn more during the interview process.
