Your role
We’re looking for someone like you, who can provide service, advice and counsel to our existing International Wealth Solutions Group clients. You'll be working in the UBS International Wealth Solutions Group (IWSG) in the Los Angeles/San Francisco area, supporting mainly the Asian/Pacific market.
• build and deepen relationships in our existing client base by providing exceptional wealth management services and solutions
• accept referrals from other lines of business, owning all appointments and outreaches assigned in an effort to deliver financial advice, guidance and a white glove experience
• use our financial planning tools to gain a full understanding of each client’s situation and present all appropriate solutions
• understand and adhere to compliance and operational procedures and requirements to protect our clients
• develop professionally through ongoing wealth management training led by a team of experienced professionals, internal business partners across UBS, and external partnerships
• have the opportunity to obtain your CFP designation, as part of our tuition reimbursement program
Detailed salary information:
• San Francisco: the salary range for this role is $140000 to $180000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. • ideally, 5+ years of related work experience
• a Bachelor’s degree
• SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 (required)
• CFP or completion of coursework on financial planning through a CFP Board Registered Program (preferred)
• demonstrate a pattern of success in your career and experienced in delivering advice and guidance to retail client’s or prospective client’s
• excellent client relationship management skills and client-focused, always putting the interests of the client’s ahead of your own
• an excellent listener and have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• a quick learner with a growth mindset and driven while consistently challenging the status quo
• able to work in a fast-paced environment while being able to think clearly in complex situations as well as highly detail oriented and resourceful in leveraging resources to accomplish the task at hand
• proficient with Microsoft Suite Applications, including Outlook, Word & Excel
