Salary & Benefits: In accordance with the Redding Education Association’s bargaining unit contract. No benefits.
Qualifications:
Connecticut Certification
112 – Integrated Early Childhood/Special Ed., Birth-Kindergarten OR
113 - Integrated Early Childhood/Special Ed., Nursery-K – Elem. 1-3 OR
305 - Elementary, PK–6
Integrated early childhood teaching or student teaching experience preferred
Strong understanding of developmental needs of children
An understanding of the research as it pertains to developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood instruction
A working knowledge of special education instructional strategies, policies and procedures
