Position Overview:
The Lead Indirect Procurement Analyst will manage initiatives across travel, indirect procurement, and expense management to deliver measurable cost savings while driving operational efficiencies. This role will leverage the Coupa procurement platform, travel systems (Egencia, Lyft, Uber), and other indirect vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms, streamline processes, enforce compliance, and provide actionable spend visibility. Lead negotiations with travel and indirect procurement vendors (airlines, hotels, rental cars, rideshare, office supplies, subscriptions) to secure favorable rates, rebates, and discounts.
Consolidate vendors and leverage spend data to maximize negotiation power and reduce redundancies.
Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure timely renewals, favorable terms, and strong compliance oversight.
Deliver 10–15% annual savings on travel spend through contract strategy, rebate capture, and policy enforcement.
Procurement Operations & System Support
Serve as business owner of Coupa, managing user access, approval chains, requisition workflows, and troubleshooting.
Oversee indirect procurement categories including Coupa Punchouts (Amazon, Staples), travel, and rideshare platforms.
Provide training and support to drive adoption, compliance, and efficiency across procurement tools and processes.
Monitor spend workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and accelerate approvals.
Travel & Expense Management
Manage enterprise travel platform (Egencia) to ensure compliance, account accuracy, and issue resolution.
Expand negotiated travel programs to improve adoption and reduce out-of-policy bookings.
Deliver regular spend and compliance analytics with actionable insights for leadership.
Lead system and policy updates that enhance cost efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.
Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement
Drive rollouts of Coupa enhancements (sourcing tools, punchout integrations, indirect category expansions).
Lead travel platform updates, ensuring smooth implementation and training across the business.
Partner cross-functionally to standardize processes, enforce policies, and scale efficient solutions.
Provide spend analysis and insights to enable data-driven decisions and long-term savings.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
5+ years of experience in procurement, finance, or contracts management with a focus on indirect categories.
Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated success in achieving measurable cost savings.
Experience with enterprise procurement systems (Coupa preferred) and travel platforms (Egencia, Concur, or similar).
Excellent communication skills with ability to partner across business functions and influence at all levels.
Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A shared appreciation for our 3 core values of Family, Fashion and Philanthropy.
