This position will be working out of our Cambridge clinic
This position is key to the success of our patient’s experience with our behavioral health practice. This is the first-person patients interact with, both in person and on the phone, as it greets patients, schedules visits, and directs patient inquires and concerns to the appropriate people. Partner with the clinical staff to provide seamless patient care and satisfaction. COVID vaccination required.
- Must be comfortable with all populations
- Must have the ability to handle stressful situations and encounters
- Must be very patient focused and be very computer literate
- Must have a positive, team-based attitude
- Flexible Work Schedule - Must reside in Vermont
These positions are an excellent gateway into the health care field, with great potential for growth.
High school diploma/equivalent required. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience and interest in the behavioral health or dental field and working in confidential environments. Full time, with potential of 4 - ten hour days (Monday - Friday) after training period.
