Clinical Support Manager II
Role Responsibilities
The Clinical Support Manager is responsible for oversight of the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) waiver program and directly supervises the YES Waiver Coordinator and the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Coordinator positions. The position is required to serve as a back-up certified Wraparound supervisor and provide wraparound supervision in the absence of the YES Waiver Coordinator. This position is a certified MHFA trainer. In addition, this position is responsible for training and supporting Clinical Team Leaders and the LPHA peer review process to ensure quality and compliance in clinical documentation and service delivery. This position acts in a consultative role and may fill in for Clinical Team Leaders during vacancies. This position provides guidance to Peer Specialist Supervisors and is available to offer Peer or Family Partner Supervision if needed. The Clinical Support Manager is responsible for working closely with the BH Quality Services trainer and providing ongoing training to Clinical Team Leaders and/or direct-care staff in order to improve and expand their standards of performance. This position will be a trainer for all required division specific training (i.e. ASIST, START, Nurturing, Parenting, etc.) This position will work with the BH Management team with projects as they come about (i.e. EHR implementation, CCBHC implementation.)
The position reports directly to the Director of Behavioral Healthcare Services. Works a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Friday 8:00 – 5:00 with exceptions to meet program needs. The position is based out of Rosenberg with time spent in each of the Behavioral Healthcare Clinics as needed. The position readily accepts additional assignments as requested by the Director of Behavioral Healthcare Services. Responsible and accountable for the adherence to and promotion of the compliance policy.

Required Education and/or Certifications, Experience, Skills
- Master’s degree in a related field
- LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist
- Texas driver’s license in good standing as defined by Texana Center’s procedure
- 3 years of experience in a mental health setting
- 1 year of direct supervision experience or clinical supervision experience
Preferred Education and/or Certifications, Experience, Skills
- Spanish speaking
Job Related Physical Requirements
- Must be able to perform SAMA and CPR.
- Must be able to perform moderate lifting and carrying (15-45#), pushing, stooping, climbing stairs, standing, hearing (with Aid), walking, sitting.
- Must have ability to see, write, operate office equipment, operate a motor vehicle and have depth perception.
- Qualified individual must be able to perform these functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
