Overview:

We're excited to announce an incredible opportunity for a dynamic and game changing Finance & HR Systems Associate Manager to join Haymarket and play a crucial role in transforming our technology landscape! 

In this pivotal role, your expertise and knowledge will be essential to maintain and evolve our core ERP systems, which underpin essential business functions including finance, HR, payroll, procurement, and sales. You will be instrumental in ensuring these systems run efficiently, adapt to change, and support the organisation's strategic goals.

Reporting to the Finance and HR Systems Manager, you’ll collaborate closely define, implement and monitor the business strategic goals focused on things such as process efficiency and automation, standardisation, data information and visibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, support, and improve Unit4 ERP and FP&A systems
  • Act as the escalation point for issue resolution and manage tickets via Zendesk
  • Build and enhance reports, dashboards, and enquiries to improve self-service and user adoption
  • Manage system security, ensuring proper data control and access
  • Collaborate on integrations between Unit4, Salesforce, Active Directory, and other key systems
  • Lead and deliver system projects and process improvements on time and within scope
  • Manage and develop a junior systems team member
  • Work closely with Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders to align systems strategy with business goals
Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria:

Experience

  • 3+ years’ hands on experience supporting and developing Unit4 ERP (Agresso), with strong HR and Payroll knowledge
  • Skilled in report building (e.g. Unit4 Excelerator, Information Browsers) and SQL development
  • Experience delivering system changes, upgrades, or implementations within project teams
  • ITIL qualification or relevant IT service management experience
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience (6+ months)
  • Desirable: Experience with Unit4 FP&A, system integrations (APIs, Web Services), and project management certifications (PRINCE2, SCRUM).
