Responsible for end-to-end campaign execution and management. The role involves daily campaign setup, data monitoring and analysis, deal hunting, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization to drive business goals. Proactive, highly organized with project management experience and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign & Channel Setup: Set up campaigns and configurations on multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy in pricing, inventory, and promotional mechanics.
- Operational Execution: Conduct daily monitoring deal hunting and campaign progress to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.
- Cross-Department & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with commercial teams and other departments to plan, execute, and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across functions.
- Briefing & Asset Management: Prepare detailed briefs and asset requests to facilitate campaign execution.
- Performance Analysis & Data Monitoring: Track and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data and insights to improve results.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and ensure all deadlines are met.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and self-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Basic analytical skills, data tracking and consumer insights.
- Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce operations or campaign management.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Relevant experience:
- Online store management, brand ecommerce store product management
- Marketplace/ecommerce project management
- Ad platform campaign management (google, meta, etc.) ad campaign creation & operation
- Marketing agency roles, profile, creative briefing, etc.

Benefits

- Salary: 19,744€ gross/year + up to 2,962€ gross/year in bonus
