The role
You’ll own end-to-end executive searches, drive market intelligence, and shape how we engage senior talent globally. You’ll also help Nebius think long-term — building diverse leadership pipelines and advising on succession, assessment, and organizational design.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead global searches for VP+ and senior leaders across technical, commercial and corporate functions.
- Partner with executives and HR to define leadership requirements and design the right hiring approach.
- Use talent mapping, competitor insights and data storytelling to inform leadership strategy.
- Deliver a seamless, high-trust candidate experience that reflects Nebius’ culture and ambition.
- Build and maintain diverse leadership pipelines for future needs.
- Coach interviewers and stakeholders on high-bar, unbiased assessment practices.
- Influence decisions on org design, location, and leadership succession through data and insight.
- Contribute to Nebius’ broader talent agenda — improving how we assess, attract and retain leaders globally.
- Deep experience running senior and executive searches, ideally in a fast-scaling or tech-driven environment.
- Proven ability to influence and advise at C-suite level with clarity and confidence.
- Advanced understanding of leadership assessment, talent mapping and diversity hiring.
- Strong communicator and storyteller — able to turn complex market data into simple, actionable insights.
