KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED 

Technical Knowledge, Years of Related Experience, Skills, Licenses, and Systems Experience

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing or related field required. 
  2. Experience: 2+ years of professional or freelance experience designing and editing content for social or brand teams
  3. Required Skills: Fast, hands-on creator who’s just as comfortable editing a video as designing a flyer, you love making content that gets people to stop scrolling, you know how to manage multiple deadlines and aren't afraid of feedback loops, and you’re comfortable with production work—making versions, adapting formats, and keeping things clean and polished.
  4. Desired Skills: Have basic animation or After Effects skills, know how to create captions, hook frames, and thumbnails, have edited UGC or influencer-style short-form video, and understand video ratios, audio trends, and social-first creative. 
  5. Systems We Use: Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva Pro: (for templates and quick turns), Figma (for occasional UI mockups), Monday.com (project management), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok (we create for all of them)

 

TRAINING REQUIRED

Participate in additional training on sales, technology, products, procedures and pricing on an ongoing basis.  Complete annual training as required by company policy and law on an annual basis in a timely manner.  

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design branded content across digital, social, email, web, and print
  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and event coverage
  • Create motion graphics and light animation for brand storytelling
  • Own the production process: formatting, resizing, versioning, uploading, and optimizing for different channels
  • Collaborate with our copywriter and digital strategist to turn campaign ideas into fast-turnaround creative
  • Support our loan officers with branded assets and occasional template customization
  • Maintain and evolve our brand look across platforms—consistent but never stale
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.

 

  • Work with a WIDE RANGE OF MEDIA and use graphic design software.
  • Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints when necessary.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas.
  • Amend final designs to meet clients’ comments and gain full approval.

SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES

Attend and participate in all Monthly Awards Ceremonies, Corporate Gatherings & Training Events

Read all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on corporate policies, procedures, and developments.
