About the Role
You will play a key role in ensuring Nottingham City Council meets its statutory, regulatory and landlord obligations by securing lawful access to properties where tenants have refused entry. - Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess risks, apply equality impact assessments, record and maintain accurate records and take proportionate action.
- Resilience and sound judgement to act decisively in high-pressure or sensitive situations, balancing empathy with enforcement when required.
- Relevant qualification in housing management, legal studies, psychology, or wellbeing practice, or substantial related experience with a commitment to professional development.
