Summary: The Human Resources Business Analyst will provide critical support for HRIS implementations, upgrades, testing, and post-launch optimization and maintenance. This includes managing UKG Pro Workforce Management, HR Service Delivery, HR Dashboards, and Cross Reference Tables. The role involves completing the roll-out of HRSD and Workforce Advanced Scheduler to hospital locations and handling data migration and clean-up requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for UKG Pro WFM, Advanced Scheduler, and HRSD.
  • Analyze information to determine customer requirements and concerns.
  • Perform systems integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as assigned.
  • Execute data imports and exports, ensuring quality assurance and data integrity.
  • Maintain and update CRTs, look-up tables, and reference materials to support system changes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide solutions.
  • Assist in developing standards and procedures and stay informed about industry changes.

Required Skills:

  • Must be local to Metro Atlanta.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of business analyst experience supporting enterprise systems for 4000+ employees.
  • Expert user of Power BI and Microsoft Office.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
