ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

 

·       Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.

·       Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to ensure accurate project specifications and requirements.

·       Oversee the execution of projects including procurement, installation, final inspections and preparing closeout documents for submittal.

·       Lead and manage a team of field technicians and subcontractors to ensure work is completed to high standards and within established timelines while providing clear direction, guidance, and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Conduct regular meetings and site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

·       Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and cultivate strong relationships. Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner and understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.

·       Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

·       Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

·       Conduct quality inspections and audits to verify workmanship, safety, and compliance with project specifications. Implement corrective actions as needed to address any deficiencies or non-conformities.

·       Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost effectiveness while identifying opportunities to optimize project costs and improve operational efficiency.

·       Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts to senior management as required.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in construction management.

REQUIRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

·       High School Diploma

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

·       Bachelor’s degree preferred

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS

·       OSHA 30 certification is a requirement for this position and must be completed within 90 days. Because it is a condition of employment, failure to meet this requirement may result in further action, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

·      Must have valid driver’s license and meet pre-employment background and drug screen requirements

·      The company utilizes a continuous MVR monitoring system to ensure driver safety and compliance

·      Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.

·      Ability to learn and use company related software proficiently.

·      MEWP scissor Lift trained & certified required every 3 years.

·       Comfortable with being regularly exposed to work in non-climate-controlled environments.
