Our team is the central component team producing operating systems for all of Keysight's test and measurement hardware. We work in Linux and Windows, supporting a wide range of product groups. Our work's quality is critical to Keysight's success, and we are looking for intern candidates to experience quality-focused and driven development.
Responsibilities:This position will be a 3 month intern project focused on firmware and operating system test infrastructure. This project will directly improve the quality of Keysight's instrument base operating systems. This position comes with mentoring from a large team of skilled engineers. The goal of this project is to create a fully automated test infrastructure with automated reporting of results for our operating system and system libraries.
Qualifications:
The required qualifications of this role are:
- Late Bachelors or early Masters degrees
- Experience in a wide range of technologies (REST API development, firmware development, hardware experience)
- Strong interest in embedded systems and operating systems in general
Candidates who wish to be considered must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university as of September 2025. Applicants who have graduated before September 2025 will not be considered unless they are starting a MS or PHD program after graduating.
