The Recovery Front Desk Support role is key to creating a welcoming environment for clients. This position greets consumers, maintains an organized front desk, and provides essential administrative support to the Recovery team. We are looking for a professional with experience in behavioral health who is detail-oriented, friendly, and committed to helping clients feel supported.

Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk support, including answering telephone inquiries, greeting clients, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
- Assist clients with scheduling and coordinating appointments, ensuring timely follow-up as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential handling, storage, and retrieval of medical records.
- Coordinate scheduling and medication refills for the Recovery provider.
- Record and monitor client attendance in accordance with program requirements.
- Arrange and confirm client transportation as needed.
- Process and verify insurance benefits and claims.
- Manage incoming mail and ensure timely and appropriate distribution.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support Recovery program operations and staff.
- Respond to consumer inquiries and direct individuals to the appropriate personnel or department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Experience in behavioral health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a healthcare or support role is a plus
