Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman HVAC Technicians for projects located in Dallas, TX. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify potential issues and coordinate timely solutions
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and project requirements
Assist with layout, installation, and hands-on field tasks as necessary to keep crews on track
- Help organize and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring alignment of materials and tools
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a specific trade (e.g., Welding, Pipefitting, Carpentry, Electrical)
Strong understanding of jobsite processes, construction schedules, and quality expectations
Excellent communication and coordination skill
Ability to work independently while contributing to overall project success
Proven commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship
