Job Purpose:
Drives sales, mentoring others, and making real connections with people. Must be results-driven Manager for the Consumer Sales to lead our Field Sales team.
This is a performance-based role with a strong compensation structure. You’ll lead by example in the field—guiding a team of Field Sales Representatives going door-to-door, mentoring new hires, and ensuring your team hits performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives
- Conduct joint field visits and provide on-the-spot coaching and performance feedback
- Drive team productivity by setting goals and holding reps accountable to daily metrics
- Represent Hawaiian Telcom in local neighborhoods—engaging potential customers face-to-face
- Promote and sell fiber internet, TV, and voice services directly to residential customers
- Ensure team adherence to company standards, systems, and sales protocols
- Track and report sales activity, progress, and team results to leadership
- Serve as a product expert, educating team members and customers on service offerings and promotions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1–2 years of field sales experience, door-to-door or outside sales preferred
- Prior experience in a leadership, coaching, or mentorship role strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who thrives in a goal-driven, outdoor sales environment
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Four years of High School or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years in related field
- 1-2 years of Sales Management experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience in telecommunications and sales experience preferred.

Salary Range - $55k-$82,500
