As a recruiter, you play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring talented individuals for various positions within our company. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to think creatively to find and engage with potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire salespeople, technicians, managers, and other positions as required
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote our company and attract prospective talent
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline by establishing relationships with universities, trade schools, industry associations, and other relevant organizations
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate preferences
  • Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates and manage the onboarding process through Paylocity
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, interview feedback, and hiring metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience as agency recruiter preferred
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
  • Strong aptitude with social media platforms
  • Must have good communications skills and like working with people
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask to solve problems quickly
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint)
  • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion, confidentiality and sound judgment
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
