We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with a focus on wound care, treatment, and infection prevention to join our clinical team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in promoting the health and well-being of our residents by managing wound care programs and leading infection control initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Perform wound assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide evidence-based treatments.
Monitor and document healing progress, collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
Serve as the facility’s Infection Preventionist, ensuring compliance with CDC, CMS, and local health department guidelines.
Conduct infection control surveillance and risk assessments.
Develop and deliver staff training on infection prevention and wound care protocols.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection tracking logs.
Participate in audits, quality assurance, and performance improvement programs.
Qualifications:
Current RN license in the state of NC(Required)
1+ year of clinical RN experience (Wound care or infection control preferred)
Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is a plus
