As Dining Room Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our clubhouse dining venues, ensuring exceptional service, smooth coordination, and an atmosphere that reflects the Club's longstanding reputation for quality and elegance. You'll lead, train, and inspire our front-of-house team to deliver polished, personalized service to our members and guests.

Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff (servers, bussers, hosts)
- Ensure seamless daily dining operations across all meal periods
- Foster a culture of warmth, professionalism, and teamwork
- Work closely with culinary, events, and clubhouse management teams
- Manage dining room setups, reservations, and service flow
- Resolve member concerns with poise and diplomacy
- Uphold club standards, service protocols, and appearance guidelines
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in upscale restaurant or club dining management
- Strong leadership, communication, and hospitality instincts
- Attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Calm under pressure, with the ability to pivot and problem-solve
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- A Relationship Developer with members and staff on professional and hospitable levels
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine service, and POS systems a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
