Job Description: Rental Agent - RV

We are seeking a Rental Agent for our RV rental company. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for the outdoors. As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their RV rental needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all rental transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them with their RV rental needs

- Provide customers with information about our RV rental options, pricing, and policies

- Process rental agreements and collect rental fees

- Conduct pre-rental inspections and post-rental inspections of RVs

- Ensure that all RVs are clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition

- Answer customer questions and resolve any issues or concerns

- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all rental operations run smoothly

-Other task as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or sales

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in basic computer skills

- Knowledge of RVs and outdoor recreation is a plus
