We’re looking to strengthen our team with a skilled Production Plant Operator within our Infrastructure Services Business to support the delivery of major road infrastructure projects across North Queensland. Key Responsibilities

• Uphold industry related standards, specifications and quality requirements.
• Work effectively within tight deadlines.
• Operate an Asphalt Production and Bitumen Blending Plant.
• Conduct routine plant inspection checklists.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised worksite.
• Identify and communicate opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Participate actively in preventative maintenance, toolbox talks and safety meetings.

About You

You’ll bring a strong commitment to teamwork, safety and continuous improvements, along with:

• Proven experience working in fixed plants and maintenance.
• A Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Relevant tickets such as First Aid, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, Forklift and Front-end Loader (desirable but not essential).
• An energetic, self-motivated and positive attitude.
• Strong awareness of safety and environmental practices.
