Looking for a hands-on role that keeps you moving — but gets you home every evening? Pepsi MidAmerica is now hiring a Full Line Salesman to join our delivery and vending team. You’ll be the face of our brand on a local route, responsible for filling, servicing, and selling in vending machines and equipment across assigned accounts.
What You’ll Do:
Drive a company vehicle on a set route, delivering exceptional service to our customers
Fill and merchandise full-service vending machines with Pepsi products
Ensure product freshness, manage inventory levels, and rotate stock
Maintain clean, organized machines that represent our brand with pride
Sell in new services and upsell opportunities to maximize account potential
Ensure proper care of delivery vehicle and all equipment
Commit to safety in every aspect of the job
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
Prior customer service or route experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and a service-first mindset
Ability to lift 30 lbs and push/pull up to 70 lbs
A strong work ethic and reliable, self-motivated attitude
What You’ll Get:
Annual Pay Range: $44,200 – $46,800 (Guaranteed Base + Commission Opportunities)
