A role you will love
The IPO Front Office Leader will build and lead a team of IPO specialists as Computershare enhances the experience for new IPO clients. This role involves providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance feedback to direct reports, while also serving as a subject matter expert and escalation point for issuers, law firms and advisors throughout the IPO process. The Leader will build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, ensuring seamless collaboration. As a key facilitator, the Leader will empower the IPO front office team with the tools and support needed to drive client acquisition, satisfaction, retention, and profitability.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensures that IPO onboarding process is an exceptional initial experience for our clients
- Provides strategic insight, best practices and shares market expertise to help guide clients through the IPO process
- Builds relationships with clients, law firms and advisors including business development efforts through to onboarding
- Provides process improvement recommendations to enhance onboarding experience
- Ensures that sensitive client issues are resolved effectively
- Builds, coaches and mentors the IPO specialists for career development

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and third-party stakeholders
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to drive team performance
- Confident in facilitating discussions, educating stakeholders, and consulting on complex IPO processes
- Proficient in using CRM platforms to manage client interactions and track performance
- Strong understanding of cross-functional collaboration and how teams contribute to broader organizational goals
- Awareness of competitor offerings and market trends to support innovation and continuous improvement
- Experience representing an organization at industry events, conferences, and professional associations
- Ability to manage escalated client and law firm inquiries with professionalism and poise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive or complex issues
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations

Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $150K - $195K USD. This base pay range is specific to the New York and New Jersey locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
