Join our team at Terex and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Branch Manager to contribute to the Jaques North Eastern Branch.

As the North Eastern Branch Manager at Terex Jaques, based in Eagle Farm QLD, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing operations across Queensland, New South Wales, and the Northern Territory. This leadership role drives branch performance, team development, and customer satisfaction in the heavy industry sector.

What you’ll do

- Lead and manage sales, aftermarket, and administrative teams across the North Eastern Region

- Oversee branch P&L, sales forecasting, and annual budgeting

- Maintain and grow customer relationships, including CRM system management

- Drive operational efficiency through contract management and inventory optimization

- Collaborate with interstate branches and senior leadership to meet strategic goals

- Ensure compliance with OH&S, company policies, and regulatory standards

What you’ll bring

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in branch or operations management, ideally in heavy industry

- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of industrial equipment

- Proven leadership, team building, and performance management capabilities

- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and customer relationship skills

- Flexibility to travel regionally, interstate, and occasionally overseas
