We are seeking an HRIS & Analytics Analyst responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our HR systems and providing reports and insights that inform decision-making. This role requires a blend of technical curiosity and analytical skills to ensure data integrity, generate clear reports, and support HR operations through data-driven solutions.

The pay range for this position In Western Washington varies between $60,435 – $84,533, and for Eastern Washington varies between $56,145 – $78,532. Washington Dental Service and its affiliates, including Arcora Foundation, Delta Dental of Washington, and TriForza, intends to offer the selected candidate a base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay will also be adjusted based on the candidate's geographic location.

HRIS Management & System Configuration

  • Maintain and update HRIS data, workflows, and configurations to support day-to-day HR operations and evolving business needs.
  • Assist with HR Tech (HRIS, LMS, LinkedIn Learning) integrations to ensure accurate data flow between payroll, benefits, and talent management systems.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HRIS-related questions, system troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Test and document system enhancements, upgrades, and process changes to ensure smooth rollouts with minimal disruption.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements, escalating recommendations to senior team members as appropriate.
  • Document configurations, workflows, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and system continuity.
  • Assist with Learning Management System (LMS) maintenance and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide support for HR data entry and respond to general HR inquiries in the Workforce Solutions inbox as needed.

HR Data Management & Analytics

  • Prepare and analyze HR data to identify patterns, variances, and insights that support workforce planning, retention, and engagement.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to HR and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct data audits and validations to maintain data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR team members and managers by providing guidance on using reporting tools and understanding data outputs.

The experience, skills, and education needed to succeed in the position are outlined below. These requirements are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to successfully perform the essential functions of the role.

  •  2–4 years of experience in HR analytics, HRIS support, or related HR technology roles.
  •  Working knowledge of HRIS platforms (Dayforce, UKG, Workday etc.)
  •  Proficiency with HR reporting tools and strong Excel skills (pivots, lookups, formulas).
  •  Familiarity with HR processes, compliance requirements, and data privacy practices.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data findings into clear insights for HR and business partners.
  •  Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Detail-oriented approach with commitment to data accuracy and quality checks.
  •  Strong customer service skills to support HR and employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  •  Exposure to HR system integrations, APIs, or vendor collaboration is a plus.
  •  Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  •  Experience developing clear process documentation and workflow guides to support system training, user adoption, and process alignment across teams.
