Workplace Designer (m/f/d)

 

 

Are you passionate about creating inspiring and future-oriented work environments? We are looking for an experienced Workplace Designer (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will help shape innovative workplace concepts that combine flexibility, functionality and design excellence.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams – including IT, Marketing, Facility Management and Procurement – to bring creative solutions to life for our hybrid workspaces.

 

Start: 01.11.2025 | Location: Hybrid (Remote + Berlin-Neukölln) | Hours per week: 30 h

 

Working hours: Monday to Friday

Your new tasks:

 

  • Develop and implement modern workplace guidelines and design concepts for our sites
  • Design functional and aesthetic work environments with a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency
  • Collaborate with IT and Procurement to curate and enhance our furniture and equipment catalogues
  • Contribute to communication and engagement strategies that promote new workplace concepts
  • Monitor workplace trends and innovations and bring fresh ideas into the organization
  • Prepare project materials (e.g. plans, presentations, cost calculations) to support local implementation teams
  • Support the rollout of new hybrid sites by applying design standards and methodologies
  • Prototype and test new concepts (e.g. furniture, materials, spatial designs)

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in workplace or interior design projects
  • Strong technical knowledge in sustainability and energy efficiency
  • Experience working with interdisciplinary and multicultural teams
  • Creative mindset and genuine passion for modern workplace design and innovation
  • Self-motivated, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken)
