Our mission is simple : to make online transactions smoother, safer, and more accessible.

Over the past few years, we’ve built a true e-commerce experience, offering complete buying and selling journeys (payment, delivery, associated services).
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join one of the squads within the Consumer Goods crew, at the heart of this peer-to-peer experience.

🎯 Your Product Scope

You’ll work across the entire user journey related to transactions, including :

  • Posting and searching for listings

  • Viewing product pages

  • The purchase flow

  • Managing carriers and tracking deliveries

🚀 Your Challenges

  • Drive organic growth by optimizing the buying and selling experience

  • Improve conversion rates at every step of the funnel

  • Increase repeat usage to maximize loyalty and customer satisfaction

🛠 Your Responsibilities

At leboncoin, Product Managers own their product end to end — from vision to delivery, including discovery and impact analysis.

You will :

  • Define and embody a clear product strategy aligned with company vision and user needs

  • Lead discovery to identify the best opportunities and deepen user understanding, working closely with UX Designers, Data, and Business teams

  • Translate the strategy into a clear, impact-driven roadmap

  • Oversee delivery from end to end: writing user stories, prioritizing the backlog, following up on development, ensuring quality releases, and enabling smooth go-lives

  • Measure the impact of each feature using predefined KPIs and track them over time

  • Experiment and iterate quickly based on data and user feedback to continuously improve conversion and user experience

  • Partner with your Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional team and ensure objectives are met

  • Communicate progress and results regularly to stakeholders to foster transparency and alignment

👤 What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of confirmed experience in Product Management, ideally on transactional or high-volume products

  • Ability to define a strategic vision and turn it into concrete, pragmatic actions with clear priorities

  • Creativity and problem-solving mindset — you explore new ideas while staying grounded in user realities and business goals

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to build trustful relationships with diverse stakeholders (business, tech, data, legal, support)

  • A data-driven and user-centric approach combined with strong product intuition

  • Professional proficiency in English and French
