Your Mission
As a Clinical Specialist, you will:Drive sales performance for Advanced Bionics in your territory.Deliver expert-level clinical and technical support to ENT teams, audiologists, and cochlear implant centers.Build meaningful relationships with professionals and stakeholders in the CI field.Train healthcare professionals on the fitting, use, and benefits of our solutions.Be the go-to expert for our customers, providing hands-on support in clinics and occasionally in the OR.
Your Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Plan and execute sales activities to meet revenue targets.Understand and communicate the value of AB products and services.Identify challenges in the sales process and implement tailored solutions.Forecast, monitor, and report on market share and sales trends.Support the invoicing process and manage outstanding payments.Organize and lead local training events, workshops, and seminars.��
Clinical & Technical Expertise
Provide on-site clinical support for fittings, device programming, and troubleshooting.Assist audiologists and ENT surgeons in delivering the best outcomes for patients.Offer clinical consultations and educate healthcare professionals on AB technology.Stay current on competitive technologies and emerging trends.Support patient follow-ups and collaborate in clinical studies.Present product updates and scientific content at local events and conferences.
Who We’re Looking For��
Must have:
Degree in Audiology or Biomedical Sciences.
1–3 years of clinical experience with cochlear implants (pediatric and/or adult).
Sales experience is a plus but not essential – we’ll support your growth!��
Key Competencies
Strong clinical knowledge of cochlear implants and programming.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented.C
omfortable presenting to professionals and leading training sessions.
High level of flexibility and initiative.
Knowledge of electrophysiological testing (e.g., ESRT, NRI) is a plus.
