ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Oversee large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives with a focus on improving quality, cost, delivery, scalability and ensure alignment between strategic goals and operational execution
- Build executable improvement roadmaps aligned with business strategy and provide strategic direction for process improvement initiatives by leveraging Lean, Six Sigma and data-driven methodologies.
- Create structured frameworks for complex programs, defining scope, workstreams, success criteria, and tracking mechanisms.
- Lead process mapping workshops, user testing sessions, kaizen events, and value stream mapping to gather insights, support team alignment, and drive actionable improvements.
- Act as a key change agent and voice for transformation across the organization, engaging and aligning teams around cross-optimization, performance metrics and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points, co-create solutions and implement effective improvement plans that yield better business results.
- Ensure programs are resourced appropriately, delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with organizational priorities. Proactively address any challenges to maintain momentum.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members throughout the change journey.
- Present findings, recommendations, and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Oversee quality of deliverables from internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure organizational performance standards are met and address issues impacting quality or delivery.
- Share relevant insights and innovations with teams to foster a culture of learning and adaptability.
- Actively promote and support the Quality Management System, Quality Objectives, and Quality Policy.
- Assure that you and functional subordinates (if applicable) are trained on all applicable procedures and processes according to Good Manufacturing Practices, applicable FDA, and Regulatory requirements.
- Actively promote and support the company’s Management Review process.
- Inform responsible personnel of concerns involving product quality.
- Perform job functions in a safe and effective manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience leading large scale initiatives that impact multiple sub-functions across a business; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 12+ years of experience driving continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Master Black Belt certified) preferred.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify root causes, and develop data-driven solutions that drive measurable improvements across an organization or function.
- Strategic thinker with proven influence (with or without direct authority) across all levels of the organization is required.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to develop prioritization frameworks and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to improve strategic value.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, guiding teams through transformations and fostering adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Effective leadership and sound judgment in directing strategic initiatives, adapting to change, and influencing outcomes across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent interpersonal & negotiation skills; ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while dealing appropriately with sensitive and confidential matters.
- Self-motivated and self-directed professional with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities, navigating ambiguity, and driving results in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in program management, including scoping, resourcing, tracking, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget.
- Skill in staying current with industry’s best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools, including Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen techniques.
- Willing to travel – 30-40%.

Salary Range: $245,000 – 255,000/annually
