About the Role
 

DT Global is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Support Officer (PSO) to join our International Development team. In this role, you’ll provide vital operational and administrative support to help manage and deliver impactful programs across the Pacific region, with a strong focus on our work in the Solomon Islands.

As a PSO, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth project operations, supporting program teams, and contributing to the success of development initiatives that make a real difference.

The successful candidate will be based in Brisbane. 

Primary Responsibilities will include:  

  • Works closely with project teams to provide administrative, operational and logistical support including contracting, procurement, financial management, travel arrangements and other logistics
  • Support compliance with key operational and contractual requirements and policies
  • Support head office initiatives for program process improvements
  • Provides high level word processing and administrative support to program teams, projects and regional director
  • Organise and support recruitment processes for project staff. Draft contracts and facilitate approvals by appropriate managers
  • Coordinate the mobilisation and overseas relocation of long-term advisers for project assignments. This includes the organisation of flights, visas, pre-departure briefings, arranging temporary and permanent accommodation, assisting with the uplift of goods, facilitating completion of company policies and HR requirements prior to travel and registering travel insurance
  • Provide support to consultants and advisers working on overseas assignments including the maintenance and tracking of annual leave entitlements and professional development records
  • All other duties as outlined in the position description

You’ll be proactive, adaptable, and ready to take on a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of our business units. Your ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and requirements, as well as confidently navigate corporate systems, will be key to your success in this role.
