At First, Work 24 hrs/week, But Get Paid for working 36 hrs/week | Around Nov/Dec.. Begin Working A 40 hr/week

You will start by working 24 hours a week, Tuesday through Thursday, from 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Even though you're only working 24 hours, we will pay you for 36 hours each week! As we get closer to our busy season (around November or December), your schedule will shift to a full-time, 40-hour work week.

Welder 

Our ideal Welder is a hands-on problem solver with strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and a passion for precision. If you take pride in creating strong, clean welds and enjoy working with a wide range of metal components, this is the job for you. You’ll be an integral part of our Fabrication Department, supporting the creation of durable, beautifully crafted POLYWOOD® outdoor furniture.
