About the role
Execute tasks identified in the MSS.
Clean and sanitize production areas per schedule.
Assist operators with MSS tasks.
Assist in cleaning activities across the site.
Cleaning of powered industrial trucks.
Key responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities
Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work areas.
Follow and complete Master Sanitation Schedule.
Assists in cleaning all production areas.
Maintains current & accurate MSS.
Assists with tank interior and exterior cleaning.
Removes waste from work areas.
Fills compost dumpster.
Assist with tank clean outs.
Comply with all corporate safety and environmental regulations and procedures.
Comply with all HACCP Food Safety procedures, GMP’S, and guidelines.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and skills
Qualification Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability kneel, bend, squat, stoop, carry, reach, stand, grip, push, pull, arm extensions and perform elevated work.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces
• Ability to work overtime and use a flexible schedule.
• PFT & respirator fit test required.
• Working at heights / climbing ladders
The typical hiring range for this role is $20 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.
